Cart Details

Open Your Cart

Click the Cart ID to the left of the vendor name on your cart list to open up the cart. Here's what a cart looks like:

Change CAN #

Choose a new CAN# from the dropdown.

Vendor Quote#

If a vendor gives you a special discount code or account number, enter in the field on the line item. The number will be transmitted to the vendor along with the order.

Ship-To Address

A little further down, you'll see the ship-to address currently assigned. Your ship-to address is already set in your profile, but you can change this right in the cart. Building addresses are pre-validated and set in the system, but the Name, Phone & Room# can be free-texted:

To change the building address, click Select from List of Addresses....

Next choose the building address. We show a list of recently used addresses, and a master list for your organization. Choose the address and click Submit.

Buyer Selection

Shoppers will see their default buyer right under the address section. To send to a different buyer, click the dropdown and select a name.

Comments

Anyone who has access to a cart--whether requestor, approver, or buyer--can add a message. Messages from approvers (where applicable) will be shown just below the main message section. This is an efficient way to communicate with everyone who touches your shopping cart.

Document Upload

The Document Center is found at the bottom of the cart. To attach a file, click Choose File, then click Upload.

Comments and documents created in the shopping cart will be attached to the order for permanent storage.

Mandatory Source Certification

your approvers will each receive an email and their approval status will be updated on your cart in real time.

Congratulations! You've just created an order. A few things happen at this point:

• You'll be prompted to enter your 3 digit security code. This order will flow directly to the vendor for fulfillment. They will update your order with shipping info, invoices, and other notifications.

Now that you've checked out your cart, you can check the status, create and edit transactions, and many other things.
