FDA - Send Statement to AO

Now that you've approved all of your transaction matches and flagged any disputed charges, you're ready to send your statement to your AO. 

At the top of the list of transactions, you'll see an Approve Statement button:


Important! All charges must be Approved, even if in dispute, before you can send the statement to your AO.


When you click Approve Statement, you'll see your status change:


Your AO will also be notified that a statement has been sent for approval. When your AO approves, you'll see the status for Card Approving Official change as well.

As a cardholder, you're done with reconciliation!
