Hi there. There are just a few steps to take to make sure you IntraMall account is correctly set up.

Click the Manage My Profile link at the top:Step 1: Check your Profile



For now, scroll down past the notifications section to your address info. If you need to make any changes, just click Edit Address Information.


Step 2: Set Up CANs


The Cost Accounting Numbers section shows your active account numbers. These are also called "CAN" numbers.


It is most important that you set up a default CAN. Click the Edit CAN button.

The list on the left shows your current CANs. The list on the right shows what is available to you. To add a CAN, click the number, then click Add. Now you'll see that number on your Current CAN list. To remove, just click the current number, and then Remove.

 

To set default CAN: If that field is currently blank, click one of the numbers in your Available CANs list. Then click Update. 

The exact numbers that are available are determined by your organization and permissions that are set for your account.  If you don't see the number that you need, just contact us and we'll add the number for you. 

Step 3: Add Credit Card

Click Add New Credit Card and fill out the required fields. If you need to edit a card that is currently active, click the Edit link.


Step 4: Find an Item & Add to Cart!

Enter a search term on the main page. You can enter a product nameitem#, or manufacturer#Advanced Search just lets you filter and provide more granular search terms.  




Step 5: Check your Approvers

On the main page, you'll see a section for carts. Click any of the colored bands and you'll go to the carts management list.

                     


You can read all about your shopping cart here, but for now, you just need to check to make sure your list of approvers is correct.

The people who will need to approve or reject your request are listed just below the justification section of your cart. You'll see the individual status, date/timestamps, and any messages that they enter.

Here's what we covered

✔ Validated your contact info 

✔ Added credit card and CANs 

✔ Found an item & added to cart 

✔ Validated your approval hierarchy 


Great! Now you are ready to get shopping. Feel free to click the Cancel Cart button if you don't want to actually purchase the item you selected. Otherwise, you can click Submit for Approvals and the request will make its way to all of your approvers. You'll get an email when it's ready for checkout.
